What is employment mediation?

Employment mediation means that company conducts candidate search externally. In that sense, IPT is looking for candidates for certain company and makes preliminary selection.

How much do I have to pay if IPT mediates during the start of my employment?

Employment mediation is free for candidates.

What is timework?

The term timework means period of time that some employee is leased to some employer. The service giver e.g. IPT leases work force (leased employee) to some other company. In the slang this can be called worker leasing or personnel leasing.

Am I as a leased worker employed in IPT or the company where I do my work?

You sign a contract with IPT and also gain your earnings through that company.

Am I as a leased worker socially insured?

Just like any other fully employed worker you have work status for determinate/indeterminate period of time, with full health and social insurance, pension and the redundancy insurance.

Isn’t the worker leasing only for those that can’t find some other employment?

No, our workers are present in almost every field. Even managers and directors are being hired through the companies that lease workers.

Do I have to pay so that IPT hires me for some company?

No, candidate doesn’t have any expenses of mediation.

To whom do I announce my vacation?

All the organizational issues, such as sick days, personal days and vacation you solve with your personal counsellor within the IPT.

How long lasts my engagement as a leased worker?

Your engagement may vary from few days up to a year or longer.
Your personal counsellor in IPT plans your next engagement when the previous one expires.

 

Is the worker leasing for me if I am somebody who is looking for the steady employment?

A lot of people use the worker leasing as an opportunity to get to know with various companies and means of doing business. On the contrary, a lot of companies use the worker leasing as a practical pre selection. About a third leased workers, are later on taken over by ordering party that is the company where they are engaged.
